STYLING ASSISTANCE

A service to set and style your hired pieces, exactly as you envisioned. (Includes a lead and assistant stylist)
For couples who have already designed their day and need to put their trust with an experienced creative to bring the wedding to life. It’s an ideal service if you have limited access to your venue the day before or would just like some help elevating the space on the set up day.
We’ll be back to take down and gather everything up for you the day after too, making things that little bit easier.
Styling assistance (the day of / day before for up to 6 hours).
Pack down of Synched Events props.
A copy of our Ultimate Styling Checklist so you can make sure you’ll have everything you need for a seamless set up.
Includes a detailed consultation call before the wedding to check over all the areas for the styling set up and that you have all you need from our inventory.
Investment £495.00.
(Price excludes event decor hire pieces and bespoke signage can all be added individually and collection of pieces is additional based on your venue location.)

SYNCHED FULLY STYLED SERVICE

A truly bespoke, cohesive and detailed day full of personalisation that reflects you as a couple, led by us.
If you are looking for your day to be filled with stunning details and something truly bespoke and reflective of you both as a couple, this service helps you to be led through design decisions together and put your trust into our passion to create a really cohesive and detailed day full of personalisation.
Face to face in-depth consultation and venue site visit.
Proposal of ideas on-site and mood board to follow.
Includes a detailed consultation call before the wedding to check over all the areas for the styling set up and that you have all you need from our inventory.
A detailed plan for the set up day and all elements we will be styling will be written up for a seamless set up.
Styling assistance (the day of / day before for up to 6-8 hours).
Wedding day set up completion and on-site until seated for your meal.
Pack down of Synched Events props after the wedding.
Investment starts at £1,250.00.
(Synched Events décor hire pieces and bespoke signage are additional to this price and collection of pieces is additional based on your venue location.)

Hourly rate STYLING ASSISTANCE

A service to set and style your hired pieces, exactly as you envisioned. Ideal if you have on-the-day access to your venue or just looking for a little help setting up and want to put your trust into someone creative.
For couples who have already designed their day and need a pair of creative hands to take care of the details on the set up day to bring the set up to life.
Hourly styling assistance is an add on service if you have hire pieces being delivered by us. We can set up and style our pieces alongside those you have collected or brought in from elsewhere.
Hourly styling assistance is priced at £35.00 per hour. (We suggest at least 2/3 hours)
The couple must have delivery and collection fee also agreed and meet our minimum hire spend of £250.00 to be able to add on this service.
Also includes a detailed consultation using my ultimate styling checklist before the wedding to check over all the areas for the styling set up in case we arrive ahead of you on the day and that you are fully prepared with anything you should need to bring. Priced at £50.00 (Call is non-negotiable)

FAQs

We are based in Terrington St. John, not far from Kings Lynn, Norfolk. We cover up to 2 hours driving time from our base in any direction for hire and styling services. We are familiar with lots of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire and parts of Essex Wedding venues.
Beyond this you are welcome to collect and drop back to us here before and after your event.
As soon as you know you’d like to work with us, I book peak season months April-September very quickly, but I will always try to help if I can with requests across all services.
Initially it doesn't matter if you don't know exactly your requirements but if you love our work and align with our style its good to reach out as soon as possible.
We require a non-refundable 20% booking fee to confirm any order. Full payment to be received 2 weeks before the event when the final invoice will be sent.
We cannot make any further changes to your invoice from 3 months before the wedding date.
