I am thrilled to offer the Collaborative Collection - Perfect pairings of creativity for your wedding decor, signage and styling along side the most talented florists locally for your day. Through the years I developed as a wedding stylist and grown my portfolio of exciting and memorable wedding set ups along side these incredibly talented floral artists Floral Sistas and Bracken and Twine.
Providing full styling, all floral installations and bridal party flowers, prop hire and bespoke signage to bring your wedding vision to life. With our combined artistic direction, styling knowledge and floral crafts you can make the most of our joint creativity and years of knowledge in wedding design.
Floral Sistas floristry is innovative, personal and their work takes on many styles which can be tailored to you and your partner.

Bracken and Twine offers an enchanting, whimsy and romantic floristry style. Each blossom, leaf, and delicate sprig is thoughtfully chosen and placed to form a harmonious symphony of colours, scents, and textures.
Her passion is within creating seasonal displays to achieve the best display that is working harmoniously with nature, working closely with flower farmers to do so and keeping sustainability at the forefront of her work.
Your journey begins with a meeting to set the styling foundation for your day and from there, Katy will curate stunning floral designs that flawlessly align with your vision.

Your complete bespowe wedding decor, floristry, hand-lettered signage and styling for your day.

If you are looking to put your trust into experienced wedding professionals to create a truly bespoke design, seamless set up and memorable outcome.

To include; Synched Events Studio styling consultation and venue walk round, visual moodboard, separate flower consultation, unlimited contact and style advice before your wedding day. Full styled set up before and/or on the day (depending on venue limitations) including full use of our décor hire inventory that fits into your wedding style. Plus up to 15 bespoke signs and hand written place cards and reserved chair cards if required for the day.
The service includes a Synched team member to be present on the wedding day to finalise all details and return the following day to clear and pack up all décor pieces.
Floral content to include; Bridal bouquets plus bridal party and groomsmen* , Ceremony flowers, Table flowers and top table detail, styled stations which may include the cake table, grazing or dessert tables and lounge spaces.
*subject to party numbers

Investment starts from £6,000
(Please note we will work onto a quote for you for an increase in price if a much higher floral content is desired; you would like more signage or a more luxe option with the possibility to scope out more places to style during set up to elevate your vision further.)

“When we met Penny and The Floral Sistas at the barn for a consultation we showed them some photos of ideas that we liked and some colours that we wanted to have for flowers etc. then we gave them full freedom to really go for it with the design and I am so pleased that we did! I would highly recommend putting your design ideas fully in their hands as they truly are so talented and it was such a wonderful surprise when we got to the barn the day before the wedding see what they had created. Even though Penny is SO super busy she has never not made time to get to know us as a couple and help to incorporate some little bits of us into her vision for the day. By doing the collaboration we really did not have to lift a finger when it came to setting up the barn and we really were able to relax and know that the venue was in excellent hands (I was probably the calmest bride ever!) On the day I think that every person I spoke to commented on how amazing it looked inside and what a wonderful job Penny and the girls from the Floral Sistas had done. I look back through photos now and still can't believe that it was my wedding and not one I am drooling over on Instagram!! This is the perfect package for anyone looking for complete piece of mind through the wedding décor planning, and would like lots of creative direction from our partnership. If you are a couple that are looking to be inspired and ready to a bespoke design for your day then we would love to work with you.

As soon as you know you’d like to work with us, we book peak season months April-September very quickly, but we will always try to help if we can with requests across all services.

Firstly we would arrange an initial consultation to discuss your ideas and vision for the day and find out about you both as a couple, then we would meet at your venue to begin mapping out a design together for each space working to the Synched Styling checklist for all areas. We would then work on a mood board for you and provide visuals for flowers. We would be on hand for all the decision making through the process until the final calls before the day to bring the plan together.
We would be on site the day before with everything required to set up (or day of if there is limited venue access) and be back on the wedding day to set anything outside and on hand to move pieces after the ceremony, before the meal. We return the following day to pack everything up for you.
